Eric Hoefer developed his passion for the arts in his native upstate New York, and through travels in this country and abroad.  He received an Associate of Arts from Munson William Proctor Art Institute in Utica, New York, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University, did his post-baccalaureate studies at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, and completed his Master of Finer Arts in Ceramics at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.  Eric has taught at the Meramec and Forest Park campuses of St. Louis Community College, and has exhibited his work throughout the United States.
