Patsy Degener, dear friend and supporter of Craft Alliance, passed away Monday, April 19, 2010.

As one of the founders of Craft Alliance, Patsy Degener was a driving force in the establishment of the gallery and education center and infused the organization from its inception with her inclusive artistic vision. She was an avid supporter of Craft Alliance and has been an inspiration to its artists, curators and directors throughout the organization's 45 year history.

In her memory, we are establishing the Patsy Degener Ceramic Scholarship Fund.

Donations to Craft Alliance will provide funding for students of all ages to take classes in Craft Alliance's Clay studios in the Delmar Loop and in the Kranzberg Art Center in Grand Center.

Patsy will be greatly missed. We hope that her passion for art will live on through this scholarship program.
