Robert received his BFA in design and metalsmithing from University of Kansas in 2000 and got his MFA at SIU-Edwardsville. His organic and industrial designs have garnered a lot of attention nationwide for their uniqueness and quality! Robert's newest experiment features a candy-coating, powder enamel style, (that's what they put on racecars!) This brand new glossy, colorful technique creates a particular contrast to the edgy shapes of the metal beneath. As a Metals instructor and the Craft Alliance Community Outreach Coordinator, Robert strives to define an intuitive juncture between himself and his students.
