Convergence: Creative Play & Storytime

Creative Play and Storytime is a free, intergenerational experience for young children, their siblings, and their guardians. Families will be guided through the Staenberg Gallery by an experienced educator in a family-friendly, material-focused tour and interactive storytime. Young artists will be introduced to Craft Alliance’s self-service gallery activity bag, available to check out during the exhibition run. Families will be able to create a colorful Melanie Yazzie-inspired monoprint. Afterward, Young artists will be able to engage with Marwin Begaye and other Convergence artists for their print action, learning about screen printing.
