FAQ
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. For returns, we offer store credit but no refunds. We’ll save your credit in our system and generate a unique discount code for our online store. Store credit is always accepted in our brick-and-mortar location. If an item arrives damaged, save all original packaging and contact us. To file a claim with UPS, photo documentation of the packaging is required.
Do you offer gift wrapping and enclosure notes?
Yes, this is a complimentary service! Leave a note when purchasing to indicate which items require gift wrapping. If you’d like a handwritten note enclosed, include the wording for your message.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Great news! You can now buy gift certificates online right here. If you’d rather do it by phone, just call us at 314.725.1177 x 102, or you can visit us in person to purchase a gift certificate.
How can I submit work for consideration as a vendor in Craft Alliance's Gallery Shop?
We welcome applications from craft-based artists to sell high-quality, handmade items on consignment in our storefront. We are happy to accept submissions for many mediums, including but not limited to pottery and ceramics, jewelry and metal work, and fiber and glass work. Please submit your application here.
