Chris Carson

Chris Carson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2001) with a focus in Ceramics, and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Lindenwood University (2005.) She owns, and operates Carson Clayworks Company (est. 2010), has sold her pottery nationally, and has won many awards for her work. Chris has taught at all age levels, and has received recognition for piloting the 3D Art & Design course at The Whitfield School from the AP College Board. She is the Studio Coordinator, and teaches Wheel Throwing and Handbuilding, at both Craft Alliance and Jacoby Arts Center.
