Glass Sculpting (104 COE & 33 COE)

Explore the basics of glass sculpture in this beginner-friendly lampworking workshop using COE 104 & COE 33  borosilicate glass. Using a torch and rods, you’ll learn foundational techniques to shape, join, and manipulate glass into small sculptural forms. Experiment with building simple shapes, combining colors, and creating texture as you bring your ideas to life in glass. Whether you’re new to torch work or curious about glass sculpture, this class encourages creativity and hands-on exploration. You’ll develop heat control skills and an understanding of how to work safely with borosilicate glass. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have one or more unique glass sculptures to take home and treasure.
