Free Third Friday: Fall Festival
You’re Invited to October’s Third Friday at Craft Alliance – Fall Festival in the Delmar Maker District on October 20th, from 6-9 PM!
Get ready for some autumn vibes at our monthly open house! Watch live blacksmithing, get your face painted, be amazed by shadow puppets, and enjoy s’mores by the fire. You can even craft your own shadow puppets! Celebrate creativity with us.
Craft Alliance Lineup:
- Puppet Paul, an acclaimed puppeteer, will enchant audiences with a captivating performance. Learning his craft in the Heart of the Beast and Barebones Theaters, Paul has dedicated his life to the art of children’s performance. Each puppet he creates is a unique work of art.
- Shadow Puppet Workshop: Ever wanted to create your own shadow puppets? Now’s your chance! Learn the secrets behind this age-old art form and let your imagination run wild.
- Family-Friendly Fun: Bring the whole family! We will have face painting, fort building, and Halloween sweets.
- Indigenous Exchange and Encounter Exhibition: Explore the rich tapestry of Indigenous history and culture in our Staenberg Gallery. Contemporary Native artists will offer fresh perspectives on landscape, history, and printmaking.
Activities will be going on all night across the Delmar Maker District. Grab a drink, eat some food, and enjoy the night.
